We will know different training program models in Israeli Education Cities and discover the role of learning in the development of Education Cities.

We will understand that each model is different, but are all based on 10 principles and qualities of democratic learning and culture.

We will be exposed to the “parallel circles” learning culture, based on learning through “modeling.”

We will understand why the Education City training programs try to create a unified municipal language.

We will discover the main elements upon which learning in the municipal training space is based.

We will map people of interest and partners in municipal learning processes, and try to answer the question: where to begin?

We will be aware of the need to give special attention to select populations when designing an Education City training program.

We will raise questions and dilemmas and reveal two common mistakes in the designing of municipal training programs.
