"Will you remember how beautiful, how difficult, how long the road was?"

- Leah Goldberg

The three accompanying processes and their products, which will be described at length in this article, seek to tell the story of the guidance given by the facilitators of an Education City (of whom I, the writer of this article, am one). The facilitators lead and accompany processes of change in schools as part of the personalized education in Education Cities. The processes and their products are very diverse.

The article describes the motivation behind each school's specific process, in terms of the connection to both the school and town stories. Each story will describe the facilitator's pre-process assumptions, the principles and values that guided the process and the building of pedagogical products, and even the products themselves; finally, it will describe the elements that facilitated the success of the process, as well as the lessons learned, the conclusions drawn, and the possibilities for expanding and deepening the process at a later stage.
