The principles, methodology and tools of Personal Education form an important component of the pedagogical space of the Education City. They are applied in most of the Education Cities with which we work.

The paper starts with the essence of Personal Education and then presents some 30 practical tools and methods that can be used in school throughout the year.

Personal Education is based on the concept of Self Managed Learning (SML). Accordingly, the methods described in the paper address some of the SML Questions:

Where did I come from? What have I learned? How will I get there? How will I learn? 

This paper was written following two years of theory exploration, methods  development and hands-on experience by the author, and based on knowledge created by a wide group of IDE staff in the past seven years.
